Ticketing desk
Fourteen years on airline systems. Knows which fare rules allow a free date change and which will cost you more than a new ticket.
Since 2011
We are a small IATA-accredited agency in Connaught Place. We have never had a call centre, and we do not intend to get one.
The story
In 2011 our founder watched a family of six lose a connection in Doha because the itinerary they had booked online left fifty minutes to change terminals. Nobody was accountable. The airline pointed at the reseller, the reseller pointed at the airline, and the wedding happened without them.
Jet Set was built around the opposite idea: one named person who owns your trip from the first enquiry to the last transfer home. Fourteen years and thirty-eight thousand trips later, that is still the whole business model.
Our income comes from three honest places: airline and hotel commissions, a stated service fee on complex bookings and visa filings, and packaging margin that is disclosed on your quote. What we do not do is inflate a fare and call the difference a discount. If you ever cannot see where our money comes from on a quote, ask, and we will point at the line.
Replace these with your live certificate numbers before launch: travellers do check, and a real registration number converts.
Who you will deal with
Small team, deliberately. You will get the same consultant every time you call.
Fourteen years on airline systems. Knows which fare rules allow a free date change and which will cost you more than a new ticket.
Builds the custom itineraries. Has personally inspected most of the hotels we put families into across Southeast Asia and the UAE.
Reads consular circulars for a living. Responsible for the cover letters, the mock interviews, and telling people to wait a month.
School tours, MICE, incentive trips and wedding parties. One coordinator, one invoice, no matter how many travellers.
Replace the initials with real names, photographs and direct extensions before launch. Named humans outperform stock photography every time.
